Anne Dunne | CEO

Anne Dunne is the founder and CEO of STRATEGIC RESULTS. In 2014, she managed a corporate pivot to receive new awards in 6 new agencies and in 4 new service lanes. She has facilitated numerous strategy sessions on topics such as information management, strategic planning, business development, cyber security, and financial management. Anne has consulted with federal, local, and nonprofit agencies in the areas of Communication, Strategic Planning, Economic Development, and Healthcare Systems. Her specialties include: data analysis, marketing and communications, cyber technology, government contracts, business development, entrepreneurship.

Prior to SR, as President of London-Washington Publications, one of the most popular financial newsletters, revenues grew by almost 400 percent under her guidance. She is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors. During her career, Anne has been involved in all aspects of business management from start up through growth to IPO.

Anne has master’s degrees in information technology and finance, both from The Johns Hopkins University, a master’s degree from Catholic University in City and Regional Planning, and an BA in economics from Regis College.

Lisa Rosenfeld, PMP | COO/CIO

Lisa joined Strategic Results as a consultant in 2015. She quickly acquired a thorough understanding of our business and partner needs, and is now responsible for overall management of all project management lines of business, meeting planning, on-site staffing, IT, and back office functions.

Lisa Rosenfeld is an accomplished, top-tier IT and operational excellence executive who was most recently in a leadership role for AstraZeneca/MedImmune. During her tenure with AstraZeneca/MedImmune, Lisa focused on proactively identifying increased operational efficiencies, including identifying synergies across domains, working with executive leadership to develop IT strategies that align with and enable the enterprise to meet its goals and objectives, building roadmaps, and overseeing the successful execution of those initiatives. She was regarded as a thought leader on internal and external innovations and leading-edge practices and was responsible for establishing the Business Analysis Center of Excellence.

Prior to joining AstraZeneca/MedImmune, Lisa held technical and non-technical executive positions with Constella Group. She is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Larry Singer, PMP | Vice President Business Development and Operations

Larry Singer is an innovative, dynamic leader with 34 years of acquisition and business development experience promoting out of the box thinking and new business growth opportunities. He establishes and manages technology architecture standards and ITIL processes that transform organizations from a make-do approach towards continuous service improvement that organizations consider key to success. Infuses a value-oriented culture such that decisions, and strategies are focused on delivering sustainable value. Larry crystallizes decision making and eliminates the impact of negative hidden costs through expertise in needs assessment and customer intimacy analytics. He identifies and plans for the future state of enterprise technology/solutions/process environments.

Prior to joining SR, Larry ran his own consulting business, Singer Consulting Services, which focuses on Management and Defense Contracting support to a myriad of small and large business partners. He has expertise in campaign planning, new business acquisition, pipeline development, Portfolio/Program Management, staffing, technical proposal management support, and overseas operations include deployment and TESA.

He previously was a department and program manager at Northrup Grumman Corporation and a graduate of Excelsior College with a master’s degree in Cyber Security.
