Application

Q: Must every attendee submit an application?
Yes, please follow the application link for more information.

Q: Does filling out an application mean that I’m registering for the Conference?
No, please wait until you hear back from organizers.

Q: What is the average amount of time for the Organizing Committee to review an application?
Starting March 15th, 2009, The Organizing Committee will take about two weeks to review an application that was sent in.

Q: Is there an application fee?
No, but there’s a registration fee of US$450.

Q: What are the chances of being accepted into the Conference?
High, however we do have limited seating.

Call for Abstracts

Q: Do I have to submit a separate application when I submit my abstract?
Yes, every attendee including poster presenter has to apply to attend the conference.

Q: What is the average amount of time for the Organizing Committee to review a submitted abstract?
The deadline for Call for Abstract is April 14, 2009 and the notices will be sent out on April 27, 2009.

Q: How will I know that my poster qualifies for the Poster Presentation Session?
You will be notified via e-mail if your abstract is selected to be part of the poster presentation session, and you will also receive instructions for the size of the poster, how to transport it there, etc.

Q: What are the awards for outstanding Posters?
Several Travel Awards of US$500, and five Oral Podium Presentations, and all Poster Winners will be published in The Nitrite Oxide: Biology and Chemistry Journal, and posted on the Journal’s website.

Q: What is the closest hotel to the Nobel Forum?
The Elite Hotel is what we recommend, and we suggest to book early because of the Volvo Ocean Race that will be taking place in Stockholm Port on June 21, 2009.

Q: What is the most convenient way to get around Stockholm?
