GUIDELINES FOR POSTERS

Panel Presentation Area
Each presentation will be allocated one panel measuring 4 ft. high (1.2 m) by 6 ft. (1.8 m) wide. The boards are covered with a nylon display fabric that easily fastens with push pins. Push pins will be provided. All posters will be mounted to this material with push pins. The size of your entire poster display must be less than the display board panel area (4 ft. high by 6 ft. wide). Posters may be one large panel or several smaller panels. Poster presentations should include pictures, graphs, tables, captions, headlines, etc. These items should be designed so they can be easily arranged at the poster set-up time. All Poster Boards will be numbered in the right hand corner of the board. Please consult the guide How to Give Your Best Presentations for more details.
