Call for Abstracts

The Organizing Committee invites you to submit an abstract of your scientific research to be considered for presentation during the meeting. The deadline for submission is November 20, 2009. Abstracts that have been previously submitted or presented at other meetings during the last year are acceptable for submission. 

Please note that ownership of abstracts and posters remains with the author(s). Simultaneous submissions of abstracts and posters to NIH and to other organizations/meetings are also permitted.

Types of Abstract Presentation

Oral Podium Poster Presentations: Four submitted abstracts will be honored for a featured podium presentation. Oral presentations will be on December 7, 2009.

Poster Presentation: Poster presentations give authors the opportunity to acquaint attendees and experts in the field with the fundamentals of their abstract and research. Presenting authors are to be present at their poster boards during the attended poster sessions, December 7, 2009. Posters display size is 4 ft by 6 ft (1.2 m by 1.8 m).
