Registration provides access to all sessions, Poster Sessions, Technical Exhibit Hall, and Poster Reception. Refreshments included in your registration fee are the following: morning and afternoon coffee breaks and poster reception.
Registration Fee
General - $150
Federal Employee - no fee
In Training - no fee
Submitting Abstract - no fee
The last day to register on-line is Thursday,
October 19, 2006. There is on-site registration.
Boxed Lunch
You may order a boxed lunch for two days
for $30.00.
The lunch will include a choice of roasted
beef, baked ham, turkey breast or roasted
vegetable sandwich; cookie, and a beverage.
The sandwiches will be
available on a first come first serve basis. These
lunches will be available in the dinning
room of the Natcher Conference Center Café. Please
order by Thursday, October 19, 2006 and make
arrangements for payment prior to the
conference.
Payment Methods
Payment for registration ($150) and boxed
lunches ($30) may be made with personal or
business check, money order or credit card (American
Express, MasterCard or Visa).
Confirmation
Confirmation of Symposium registration will be sent via email.
Receipts
Receipts for Symposium registration fee and lunch will be sent via email.
Substitutions
Prior to the Symposium you may request a substitution. Please send in notice of cancellation and request to substitute. We will accept substitutions for registration and lunch until Thursday, October 19, 2006.
Cancellations/Refunds
Written requests for meeting cancellation must be received by Thursday, October 19, 2006. Refunds will be made less a $25 processing fee.
