Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of HIV Opportunistic Infections

This working group of almost 160 members provides the groundwork for the periodic issuing by the U.S. Public Health Service and the Infectious Diseases Society of America official, evidence-based recommendations for treating and preventing opportunistic infections associated with HIV in both adults and adolescents. In addition to our usual meeting services, Strategic Results manages meetings and all aspects of document production from draft to final report for this vital resource for health-care providers throughout the world.

  • Coordinate efforts of 22 working groups totaling 160 members meeting to discuss and produce draft manuscripts
  • Compile and typeset papers from each working group
  • Manage documentation and organization of hundreds of references as well as complex tables
  • Perform structural support of two final documents (adult and pediatrics) for publication in print and on the Web
