During her tenure at London-Washington, Anne developed its Conference Planning Division and was personally responsible for the daily management and direction of the Division. The Division annually organized 54 conferences, and event worldwide. Many events were high-profile with special guests, including Heads of State and key cabinet dignitaries. Some of the dignitaries included Lord Rees-Mogg, former head of BBC; Carlos Saul Menem, President of Argentina; Sir Roger Douglas, Former Minister of Finance, New Zealand; Sir Douglas Kid, Minister of Labor, New Zealand; Hon. David J. Saul, Premier, Bermuda; Governor Chris Paten, Head of Government, Hong Kong; Lee Kan Yew, Senior Minister for Life, Sigapore; and William Colby, former Head of CIA.
Anne has two MS degrees in finance and information technology from the Johns Hopkins University, a Masters in planning from Catholic University, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Regis College.
